Found guilty of providing alcohol to a minor from an incident in early January. He'll miss the Pac-10 tourney and come back for the NCAA's. Washington is pretty good, they'll definitely miss him this week, lets see what happens to their seed, or what doesn't happen to their seed since they probably could have made a run in the league tourney with VO but without him they won't do anything to improve their seed.
