Lets say the NFL actually signs a new CBA thus allowing free agent signings and more seasons of football.
With this being the case does anyone think that the Pats will re-sign Randy to a 1 year incentive based contract? Or even if you don't think they will do it, do you think it's a good idea? I don't think they will i give it about a 30% chance of happening, but I do think it'd be a good signing. He would come back humbled and he would play hard. He would "take the top off the defense" which is something that Brandon Tate certainly wasn't able to do. Aside from bringing Randy back, I hope the Pats draft a legit RB, BJGE is not getting it done.

Kentucky Vandy

Vandy can shoot!
KY-Jones can really play I even like that he's lefty and plays with some nice ballhandling skills and a leaner in the lane. They are big in general and that was probably the most impressive part of their W against Tennessee. KY will crash the boards against anybody while doing it better than most.

Last night as they were making the comeback time and again UNC stepped away from guys on the perimeter to help on a drive in the lane only to be left flat footed on the kick-out and ensuing 3. Curry was unstoppable. Last week I heard Ray Allen say "I always hear guys on the bench yelling don't leave Allen, don't leave Allen." Roy Williams needed to do that last night, however I do applaud them for a good overall effort and they stayed in the game with how they hit the boards. Harrison Barnes a little slow to develop with all the hype he had early but definitely is coming into his own as of late.

God how I wanted to stay away from trade rumors, which I find stupid as a whole. So two quick things.
1. Why do "sources" tell the "media" people that may be involved in trades? If I worked for the lakers, if I was Mitch Kupchak, Kobe, or Phil, I wouldn't want anyone to know who I wanted to trade. That's just dumb to let out secrets about something that may or may not happen.
2. Why is it news that James Dolan will take an "active role" in the teams pursuit of a man who would almost certainly become their highest paid employee? I am no economist but I think it always seems wise to take an "active role" in acquiring an employee or entity that will cost your company over $100 million.

Chris Allen left MSU in the fall to transfer to Iowa State. Lucious appears to have narrowed his choices to Iowa State and Marquette, the choices may have been narrow to begin with since he only has 1 year of eligibility and started the season with a DUI that was pleaded down to reckless driving and ended the season getting the boot from Izzo.
