Bragging Time

CJ Fair is Josh Pace reincarnated, to include wearing the same number (5) and being lefty. No i'm going to take credit for calling Brandon Triche my favorite Syracuse player two weeks ago via text message with the biggest 'Cuse fan I know, Sean Putnam. Although I guess it's possible that his mom (both mom and son are season ticket holders) is a bigger fan, she did once describe incoming freshman Jonny Flynn "as a more jacked 50 cent." Triche is a college player that every good team wants. He does all the small stuff, steals, boards, assists, but also he can score. He doesn't have a great 1 v 1 game although you can see him gaining confidence and now taking more shots that he creates for himself. Real solid mid range game, and it's solid because he can find those spaces in the middle of a defense. Also he can shoot the 3 ball if you need it. Don't expect a superstar but he has experience and will give you 12/3/3/1 almost every game and lately he's giving you 20 points a game.
